Can I create my studio using the website?

Yes. On the web you can:

The website is designed to help providers create, publish, and manage their studio from a browser.

Video uploads are supported in the Provider App. Photos you add on the web sync to the same gallery.

Is it free to join Looks4Real?

Yes. Creating a Looks4Real account and setting up your studio is completely free. There are no signup fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden charges.

Looks4Real charges a 6% processing fee only when a paid booking is completed. That fee is added to the customer's checkout — you keep 100% of your listed menu price.

  • Customer pays € 106 (incl. fee)
  • You receive € 100
  • Looks4Real receives € 6

Early providers joining now lock in the current processing fee. Future fees may increase as the platform grows.

Can I manage bookings on the website?

Yes. After you create your studio, the provider web portal lets you manage the core parts of your business.

You can review bookings, reply to booking messages, respond to jobs, update services, manage portfolio photos, set availability, review earnings, and adjust notification preferences from the website.

Use the same account on the website and in the Provider App. Your studio data stays connected.

What happens when the mobile app launches?

Download the Looks4Real Provider App and sign in using the same email and phone number.

Everything you create or edit on the website is connected to the same provider account:

  • Services
  • Portfolio
  • Pricing
  • Verification
  • Availability
  • Studio information

No need to start over.

Can I be both a customer and a provider?

Yes. One account can do both.

You can offer services as a provider and book services as a customer using the same email address and phone number. No second account is required.
